Over the summer of 2020, Helianthus Advising created a website and online fundraising campaign for a unique and innovative product called Sequre. As a chic compact mirror featuring a hidden compartment perfect for storing a condom, Sequre strives to “empower women one condom at a time.” The founder of Sequre, Kadeen, aims to give women more control of their sexual experiences by providing them with a safe and secure way to protect themselves. Our job was to help her build a website and successful fundraiser, celebrating a large product launch at the end.
For the first two months, we focused on podcast placements, resulting in an average of three podcasts placements per month. Kadeen discussed her mission, goals, product, and area of expertise in front of broad yet targeted audiences. Meanwhile, Ashley Madden and Kadeen gathered product photos and organized videos for the website and online fundraising campaign.
In the final month, we created a simple Shopify sales site and a ready-to-launch fundraising page on Indiegogo. As a team, Helianthus Advising utilized our search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, public relations, and website creation skills. In the end, we presented and launched two well-crafted websites. To help Kadeen get off on the right foot and boost her SEO, we also provided four bonus blogs and various social media marketing materials.
